SHIPPING

Orders placed through our online store are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout, with delivery times varying based on your location.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please note that shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the size of the order.

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Contact Us: Send an email to collect@tajmi.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the product(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Instructions: We’ll provide the return address.

Prepare & Ship: Securely package your item(s) and return via your preferred courier. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping proof of postage.

Refund: Once the item is safely returned and verified, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 working days.

Damaged: If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, a pre-paid return label will be provided. We will work one on one with you to find the best solution for each individual case.

**For international returns, please include a customs form marked as “Returned Goods.”
